★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 百害あって一利なしのパンク防止剤を勧められたり、修理を依頼しても、現物を見ることなく、適当にあしらわれたり、店員として最低限守るべきマナーが全くできていない。
この店で自転車を購入した際、パンク修理がしづらくなるとか、虫ゴムが劣化しやすくなるといったデメリットに一切触れることなく、パンク防止剤を入れることを勧められた。これは、消費者契約法の不利益事実の不告知に該当する、れっきとした違法行為である。
無知な客が悪いのであろうか。しかし、もし店員に騙されないように、客がきちんと知識をつける必要があるというのなら、はたして店員が存在する意味があるのだろうか。高級店ではないし、素晴らしいサービスをしろとは言わない。けれども、最低限伝えるべき情報は伝え、客に不快感を与えないような接客ができてほしい。

Is the ignorant customer bad? However, if the customer needs to have a proper knowledge so that the clerk will not be deceived, does it make sense to have a clerk? It's not a high-end store, and I'm not saying it's a great service. However, I want to convey the minimum amount of information I need to convey and to be able to serve customers without causing any discomfort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初日に丁寧の対応だったので、喜んでいたら、タイヤ交換、メンテナンスなどした次の日タイヤの空気がなくなり訪問するとパンク...一回も乗ってなく、そして次はパンク修理をしてもらった次の日子供が自転車に乗るとカチカチと大きな音がなる...ギアの関係か？何回行ってもまともに直してもらえず、もっていくのも面倒ですし、またか！という気分です。メンテナンスにお金も払っているのにひどいです。
