田	田中裕太 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当は⭐️を1つもつけたくないくらいです。私は去年の夏くらいだったかな。未経験ながら入社しましたが、受け入れの座学の研修や実技の研修など2日間にわたり行いましたが担当トレーナーが人によって態度を変えていました。周りの方は自分より年齢層も少し上で経験者の方もいてできる方も多く、私はうまく出来ないことが多く戸惑うこともありましたが、担当トレーナーからは見下された言い方で君、辞めるとか辞めたら等明らか辞めてほしそうな言い方をされました。(今更となりますがパワハラにあてはまると思います) その後、工場に配属され日勤と夜勤を交代で行ってきましたが丁寧に指導してくださる方もいましたが一部の方は態度も悪いし教える口調じゃない方もいました。その他にも初夜勤もMAX残業させられ朝の朝礼で聞いてるならともかく何も聞いてないしまだ仕事にも慣れていないなどありました。車の部品は作れても社会人としての常識(ホウレンソウ)も出来ないのはダメですね。こちらは未経験で安心に入社しましたが、パワハラも受け、完璧に裏切られたと思います。(入社しなければよかったとすごく後悔してます) 本来なら言った本人(トレーナー)と責任者には謝罪をしてもらいたいと思っています。(私は名前と顔を覚えております) 私はこのような事がありましたので入社される方々はよく考えてから入社すべきだと思います。(退職後も１ヶ月経っても離職票等の書類きませんでした?)
