★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旧旭電化工業。いまの首都大学東京荒川キャンパスまで、かつては同社の工場敷地だった。周辺は大企業の城下町として商店街も栄え、古い住民は、いまでも「旭電化通り」の呼称を覚えているだろうが、いまはほぼ住宅街になっている。
純然たるオフィスビルなので、評価もなにもありません。
Former Asahi Denka Kogyo. Until now, Arakawa Campus of Tokyo Metropolitan University, it was once the factory site of the company. The surrounding area is prosperous as a castle town for large corporations, and old residents may still remember the name of "Asahi Denkadori," but it is now a residential area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かつて電化通りと名がつくほど 荒川区周辺では有名な会社でしたね。その後 その敷地内にアデカジャンボゴルフと言う大きなゴルフ練習場ができました。
その後は首都大学のキャンパスとなり 周辺の環境も様変わりしましたね。周辺ではマンションもたくさんできて、落ち着いた雰囲気のベッドタウンです。都内では老舗の会社として、引き続き頑張って下さい。
It used to be a famous company around Arakawa Ward so that it was once named Electrification Street. After that, a large driving range called Adeka Jumbo Golf was established on the site.
After that, it became the campus of Tokyo Metropolitan University, and the surrounding environment changed. There are lots of apartments in the surrounding area, and it is a calm atmosphere of the town. Please do your best as a long-established company in Tokyo.
