コロナで困っている人がいるのに何がおかしいんですか？態度改めて欲しいですね。感じ悪すぎです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ騒動で伺ったが、他の対応を見たり自分も経験して思ったのが制度の借り入れなのに、完全に「無理です」「それは出来ません」視点で話を聞いている印象。貸し渋りを感じます。受付でも書類を提出しても一括精査せず。今日はこの書類、次行ったら別の書類で訂正と頻繁に足を運ばせて、しまいにはこれでは出来ませんねぇ。という対応をしている印象を見ましたし、自分の時もいっぺんに精査して足りないものあったら教えてくださいと言ってもそれはやさしさの対応と言わんばかりの発言。弱者のため機関じゃなく、弱者つぶしのセーフティーネット社協ですね。足立区引っ越して思うのは警察含め住民を見下して対応している人が多いですね。他の住まいではあれほどの対応はなかったんですが。
