★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went during December and majority of the trees are bare but the temples and shrines are worth to go. If you're lucky, there will be a mini winter festival that i managed to go that sells a wide range of snacks. There is even a zoo, a museum (Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum) located on the inside and a small playground for kids. It will probably be even more pretty during spring where the flowers are in full bloom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place with a lot of things to do. Entry in the park is free but if you want to visit the museum or art gallery it's paid entry. The park is a lovely place for a day long picnic, just a stroll or spend some quite time (some places). The cherry blossom would be a delight to see in the bloom season
