★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母が病院で亡くなり退所しましたが、大切な写真やマスコットが失くなっており、返してもらえませんでした。その後、再度電話し、探すようにいうと、翌日電話があり、他の入居者の引き出しに入っていたとのこと。呆れました。いい加減な特養だと思います。
My mother died in the hospital and left the hospital, but I lost important photos and mascots and couldn't get them back.
