★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The observation deck (45 floors) of this building is a very nice place to relax. Always quiet. One can see Mount Fuji from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff in the lobby are awesome! But after returning from a day out (6 hours later) my room or any room on my floor had not been cleaned. They need more cleaning attendants and less bell hops! The Japanese restaurants do not serve what they show on the room flyers, no shabu-shabu, no tempura, no sushi bar available...so I ate at the only Japanese place available. The chopsticks at the morning cafe are better than the ones at the nice restaurant! Morning cafe has cold rice, cold miso...sadly I have seen much better, very disappointing for such a nice place.
