宅配担当の方とやり取りをして、荷物の特徴まで聞きましたが、やはり覚えのないものでした。しかし荷物の形状など、事細かに強く言われ、確かに配達した！の一点張りでした。
それ以上の対応もしてくれないので、仕方なく諦めました。
しかし後になって発送元に確認したところ、荷物の形状、特徴は全く違っていました。

As we did not cope more than that, we gave up without help.
However, when I checked with the shipping source later, the shape of the package and the features were completely different.
