★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サポート電話が取次の取次だから対応が悪い。(現在はメール対応のみ、これもレスポンス悪すぎて)
担当営業もいないので、いろいろやるにも手間が掛かりすぎる。
サポート料金をはらうメリットもあまりない。
