しかも近所のkinko'sは24時間営業ではないため、朝イチで受け取りしたいときなどは便利。
ただし、急ぎで製本を依頼した際に「出来上がったら携帯に連絡する」旨約束したのに、連絡が来なかった事がある。
この一事で判断するのは早計だろうが、社員教育などの違いからか、スタッフの接客レベル等はKinko'sが上だと思う。
ただし、求めているのは接客の質ではなく、事務周りのサービスを安く早く提供してもらうことなので重宝している。

Moreover, it is convenient when you want to receive it in the morning because kinko's in the neighborhood is not open 24 hours.
However, when I made a request for bookbinding in a hurry, I promised "I will contact my cell phone when I'm done", but I have not been contacted.
It will be premature to judge by this one thing, but I think that Kinko's is above the customer service level etc. of the staff because of the difference in employee education etc.
However, it is useful because it is not the quality of the customer service that you are seeking, but to have the service around the office provided cheaply and quickly.
