2週間後に価格が〜、納期が〜と、具体的な数字を一切出さずに難しい・厳しいという曖昧な解答だけ頂きました。
できないならできないとすぐに伝えるのが工房としての誠実な対応かと思います。
物の良し悪しは分かりませんが、接客対応としてはひどく不愉快でした。
 I quoted an order for small miscellaneous goods, but I can't contact you unless I urge you from here.
Two weeks later, the price was ~ and the delivery date was ~, and I received only the vague answer that it was difficult and strict without giving any concrete numbers.
If you can't do it, I think it's a sincere response as a workshop to tell you that you can't do it.
I don't know if it's good or bad, but it was terribly unpleasant for customer service.
