★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サービスなど評価が良かったので行ってみましたが今までで1番最低は不動産屋でした。
一見丁寧そうですがお客さんを軽くみていると思います。
部屋を決めるまではワンマンが感じよく付き合ってくれますがその人もそこまで真面目にいろいろ探してくれるわけではありません。
契約段階は別な人に変わりスキあらばさも必要そうにオプションをつけてくる。こちらが拒否するとあからさまに態度が悪くなる。
契約後こちらのリクエスト対応が非常に遅い。連絡もない場合もある。
どこも会社なのでお金に関して仕方ないにしてもここのやり方はなめている。はっきり決めれない人、お年寄りや女性などは言われるがまま搾取されると思います。
何かこちらの不都合なことが見つかり出すととても感じが悪くなります。エイブル全体も怪しいですが、このお店は確実におすすめ出来ません。

Until you decide on a room, the one-man will get along with you comfortably, but that person doesn't look for you so seriously.
The contract stage changes to another person, and options are added so that it seems necessary to have a rough sketch. If this refuses, the attitude will be overtly bad.
After the contract, the response to this request is very slow. There may be no contact.
Everywhere is a company, so even if I can't help with money, I'm licking this method. I think that people who cannot be decided clearly, elderly people, women, etc. will be exploited as they are told.
If you find something inconvenient here, it will make you feel very uncomfortable. The whole Able is suspicious, but I definitely can't recommend this shop.

お忙しそうな土曜日のお昼頃から、夜遅くまで内見にお付き合い頂きました。
寒い中で長時間だったにも関わらず、嫌な顔せず親切に対応して頂いて、本当に感謝しています?♀️
他にも不動産屋さんは回っていましたが、レスポンスの速さと初期費用の安さ、何より気に入った物件を交渉して頂く仕事にプロフェッショナルを感じました。
また部屋を探す際は利用させて頂きます。
