★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すごく悩みましたが、書き込ませていただきます。入居までの対応は丁寧でしたが、入居後の対応が乱雑で困ることが何回かありました。ひとつは、入居前に確認したにもかかわらず二重の電気契約になっていたことです。さらに入居後には、コンロが故障していることが発覚。こういうのは、事前に調べないんでしょうか。
個人のオーナーである場合は特に、オーナーに十分確認した上で、入居者に伝達事項を共有することが必要なんではないんでしょうか。
たしかにマイホームではなく、ただの賃貸。たった二年しか住まないかもしれません。でも二年の賃貸契約は、私にとってはクルマ一台買うような大きな買い物です。いい物件であるが故に、とても残念な気持ちでした。契約数が多い月で忙しかったのかもしれません。できる限り、一人ひとりにもっと配慮した対応をお願いしたいです。

Certainly not my home, just a rent. You may only live for two years. But a two-year rental contract is a big purchase for me, like buying a car. It was a very disappointing feeling because it is a good property. Maybe I was busy in a month with a lot of contracts. I would like to ask each and every one of us to take more care as much as possible.
