簡単に言うと、最悪。
ネット上なので店員の名前を言うのを控えるが、店員の態度、仕事の姿勢が悪い。
担当でない店員が電話に出ると担当へ話も通さないので、また同じ内容を担当に言わなければならない。非常に時間の無駄。
契約書も間違いがあり、お金が関わるのにダブルチェック等をすることはないのか？信用しにくい。
また、質問しても最終的には住民同士で話し合ってもらってという回答にならない回答。なんのためにあるのか？
内覧の時も急がせてきて満足に見ることすらできない。その時は態度に現れていて非常に不愉快。
そして、気になることがあり、退去の際の話を聞いたが、「綺麗にしてもしなくても退去費用は変わらないんですけどね」と言っていた。実際は、壁紙の張り替えでも、
