担当していただいた方だけなら星5ですが、電話対応してもらった人がすごく電話対応の仕方が嫌だったので星を一つ減らしました。

何度も内見もさせてもらいましたが嫌な顔されず本当に親切にしてもらいました。以前別の所で即契約と推しが強かったので入店前は不安でしたがそんな心配はいりませんでした。エイブルにいくならこちらの店舗をおすすめします。お世話になりました

Before I entered the store, I was worried because I had a strong preference for an immediate contract at another place, but I didn't have to worry about that. ここ(仲介業者)が悪いと言うより、賃貸コーポレーション伊勢(管理会社)が悪い。
エイブル伊勢店に関しては、鍵をもらう時に「Googleアカウントはお持ちですか？」とだけ聞かれ、何かに使うのかな？と思いつつ「はい」と答えると、「Google mapsはお持ちですか？」『はい』「では開いていただきまして」『？(開く)』「当店の名前で検索して頂きまして」『…？(勘づく)』「クチコミって所を押して頂いて、評価をお願いします(ガン見)」・・・の流れだった。急いでいたので内容を先に言って欲しかった。この流れだとよほど気が強くないとクチコミをせざるを得ないし、ガン見だし、だからクチコミ件数が多くて評価が高いんだな〜と納得。
対応自体は悪く無かったので☆3。
ただ本当に賃貸コーポレーション(エイブルの物件の管理会社)には気をつけて。仲介業者が良くても結局住んだら管理会社と関わることになるので。
