私自身仕事終わりにしかエイブルさんへ伺えなく閉店までの限られた時間のなかで対応して頂きました。
数日かけてやっと自分の希望に合う部屋を見つけて頂き内覧までスムーズに進めていただきました。
接客等の対応もとても良くまた引っ越しする時があれば是非エイブルさんに頼らせれ頂ければと感じました。

 I asked them to look for a room on the condition that the period until moving was short and I didn't want to lower the grade from the room I lived in.
I myself could only visit Mr. Able at the end of work and responded within the limited time until the store closed.
After spending a few days, I finally found a room that suits my wishes and proceeded smoothly to the preview.
The customer service is very good, and I felt that I could rely on Mr. Able if I had time to move.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sorry to be honest, I do not recommend this store for my friends specially when you are not good at Japanese, it makes misunderstanding and you have to pay a lot of money.
I don’t have a good experience renting an apartment from this store.
I was surprised when one of the staff who agreed while making the contract but when I had a problem living in the apartment, surprisingly said that she didn’t agree!!!
My first experience of seeing someone directly Lies to me in JAPAN!!
