★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 説明を聞きたくて窓口や電話で伺いましたが、説明がわかりにくすぎです。たまたまかな〜。一つ一つこちらから確認をしないと肝心なことは説明してきません。わざとなんでしょうか…。通う気が無くなりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 息子がお世話になっています。イ○マン系列と言う事で「あそこは厳しいよー！」と周りからずいぶん言われて躊躇っていたのですがそんなことも無く、至って普通だと思います。受付の方も丁寧ですし、コロナ禍でいろいろ注意事項の多い中、観覧席の親御さん達もマナーが良く皆さん静かに観覧されてます。遊びは無いですが安心して子供を通わせられます。

The receptionist is also polite, and while there are many precautions due to the corona, the parents of the bleachers also have good manners and everyone is quietly watching. There is no play, but children can pass through with confidence.
