★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新品のベルトの長さ調整を頼んだら傷だらけにしやがった。それも作業中にちょっと摩ったとかのレベルじゃなくて、あちこちの革の表面が抉れるように削れてた。
しかもクソ店員どもはその事に一切言わずに知らんぷり。カウンターで区切られてなかったその場で殴ってたわ。こんな下手クソしかいない悪質店なんて金輪際使うことはないわ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の夕方は混んでいるとは思ってましたが、どれぐらい待つのか聞きたかったので伺いました。17時ごろに着いてどれぐらい待つか聞いたところ、50分後だったら空いてると思うのでまた来てくださいと言われ、50分ブラブラしてまた行ったら仕上がりが19時ごろになると言っていたので19時何分が大体わかりますか？（また時間が掛かりそうだったら辞めとこうと思い）と聞いたら、別の人が横から割って会話に入ってきて「お客さん来た順に予約してるんで！」と言ってきました。しかも誰のか分からない靴を片手に、、、私が予約しなきゃいけなかったんですね。と言ったら「予約しなきゃいけないとかじゃなくて、来た順なんですよ」と言われました。
忙しいのは分かりますけど、お客さんに八つ当たりするのは接客業としてどうかと思います。2度と行きません。
