る	るーむめ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 贔屓にしていた店舗なのに最悪な気分になりました。誕生日プレゼントに母親に狙っていた靴をお願いしこちらの店舗で試着し、購入に至りました。梱包の手元までは見ていなかったものの、帰宅し、写真を撮ろうと出してみたら左右で配色の何かが違う、、、？展示品の色褪せた物が入っていました。サイズが合ったいたからか分かりませんが展示品一点のみとも知らされず、色褪せの凄い（しかもつま先当たりに汚れあり）商品がそのまま梱包されていたことに愕然。プレゼントとして楽しみに開けた反動もあり倍増の落胆。私はアウトレット商品を買いに来た訳ではありません。展示品のみでしか在庫がございませんなどの一声あれば他店舗や、取り寄せなど色んな配慮が出来たものを、心配りや気配りのかけらも無い対応で驚きました。しかも帰ってから私が気づくまで放置というのがあり得ません。私が気づかなかったら、売れさえすればなんでも良かったのでしょうか？対応したのは若い女性の方でしたが適当な接客をするくらいなら向いていないと思います。二度とその店舗は利用するつもりもありませんし ABCマートは世の中たくさんあるので今後その店舗が困ることではありませんがとにかく気分の悪い気持ちになったことには変わりありません。最悪です。 Even though it was a favorite store, I felt the worst.
