み	みゆ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 男性スタッフの接客がとても良かったです。ニューバランスのスニーカーを手に取って見ていたら「良ければサイズお出ししますのでお声掛け下さい！」と言ってくれて、試着したいサイズもすぐに対応して出してくれました。今日は寒かったので厚手の靴下を履いていたのでサイズを選ぶのに迷っていたら、薄手の靴下まで持ってきてくれて、本当に気配りのできる方でした。若いのに爽やかでとても気持ちの良い接客をしてもらいました。 The customer service of the male staff was very good. I bought some expensive sneakers there. After about ten minutes of use one of my toes started bleeding. I went to the store to return them. The staff just repeated "no return" over and over again. I tried to explain the situation (even used google translator) but the answer was the same. I understood that the shoes were already used, but what really bothered me was that they didn't even care to understand what I was trying to say. I don't recommend buying here unless you know japanese.
