ハ	ハイキングベア on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他店で気に入ったシューズがあったけど、鷺山の店舗にあるということで来店。店頭見たらサイズがなかったので、店員さんに聞いたところ、そのサイズはないとの事。他店で調べてもらったことを言うと、再度確認してありました… いや、いや、何を確認して最初にないと言ったのか、よく分からない始末でした。せっかく他店の店員さんは丁寧に調べてくれて好感度上げても、この店員さんの言動で、ABCマートさん自体を疑いたくなりますので、特にこの店舗は社員？教育ちゃんとして欲しいですね。 I had a pair of shoes that I liked at another store, but I came to the store because it is in the Sagiyama store. 3	35 taka_bou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 見やすい陳列や清潔感ある店舗内で気持ち良く商品探しができ、チラシセール最終日に駆け込みましたが、在庫数を多めに確保されてあるのか、サイズ欠けもなく、欲しかったブランドの商品が大変お値打ちに購入出来で良かったです。商品のサイズ選択に迷った際やお手入れ方法などを接客していただいた店員さんに確認したところ、適切にアドバイスをいただけ、商品知識などが同業他社よりもいっそう靴に関する知識があるように感じ安心して商品購入ができました。接客についてくださった店員さんありがとうございました。ただレジ近辺に掲示してある利用可能な決済方法を良く確認しなかったこちら側の不手際もあるのですが、今急速に普及し始めているスマホ決済のうちauPayはまだ対応していなかっったので今後対応して頂けるとさらに便利ににお店が利用できると思われますので改善検討を是非よろしくお願いいたします。 I was able to find products comfortably in the store with easy-to-read display and cleanliness, and rushed to the last day of the leaflet sale, but maybe the number of stocks is large, there is no lack of size, and the products of the brand I wanted are very good value.
