年配の方は対応、愛想も良かった。
しかし、金髪の中年の方は人の車を雑に扱い、それに対して謝罪もヘラヘラと謝る始末。
こんな所、二度と利用する事は無いでしょう。
年配の方は良かったので、評価としては星2。

知識も豊富なので、作業依頼される場合は、店長名指しが良いですよ。

ディーラーより少し安く済みました?
すごく親切で対応もよかったです✨
タイヤ交換作業中(約45分)は応接室で待たせて頂けました。
到着時お出迎えでお店の前で待ってくださっていました。寒くないよう応接室の暖房もつけてくださっていました。
行き届いた接客に私も見習わないと思いました?
当日雨だったのですが、帰りも濡れないように車を移動してくださって良い気分で帰れました?
交換した後のフォローもして頂けるとのことなので、定期的にお邪魔させて頂こうと思います。
良いお店に巡り会えて感謝しかありません☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッドレスタイヤのレンタルを初めて利用しました。少し早めに着いたにも関わらず従業員の方は皆愛想よく対応頂きました。しかも作業も素早くほぼ待たずに済みました。返却時も時間変更に親切に対応してくれて助かりました。レンタルだけでなくタイヤ購入もここにしようかなと考えたくなります。他の方にも勧めたいと思います。まだ利用させて頂きますね。
