★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 訪れたのは三回目ですが一回目ほどの感動はありませんでした。そして何より残念なのは、前回もそうでしたが、このお店は他のお店に比べてマスクの着用に厳しい（電話予約の時に念を押されテーブルにも注意書き有り）割には厨房のご主人が終始顎マスク。その状態で少ないけど会話をしていたし咳払いもしていました。
 It was my third visit, but I wasn't as impressed as the first. And most of all, as was the case last time, this shop is more strict about wearing masks than other shops (there was a note on the table when making a phone reservation), but it's a kitchen. My husband is a chin mask from beginning to end. In that state, I had a few conversations and cleared my throat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人が予約を入れてくれて土曜の18時カウンター席。満席です。見た目以上に座りやすい椅子でした。カウンターも狭く感じない、シェフの仕事が見えて良い席です♪
はじめに目についたのが窯♪ 緑色なのです。長野の山を思わせてくれる緑♪♪
そして、わかりやすい説明が書いてある見やすいメニュー。
食べた内容を全てメモしたけど、活字でこちらに載せるより 是非メニューを見ながら あれも食べたい これも食べたいと楽しんでいただきたいっ♪
こんがりしたところが こんなに美味しいと感じたのは 初めてでしたね♪ もう また食べたいホワイトアスパラにアスパラソバージュ♪♪
美味しいお料理でした(o^^o)♪
満席で忙しい中でも こちらのお腹具合に心配りをして お料理の量を聞いてくださったり、度重なる質問にも 丁寧に答えてくださった奥様の接客が 素晴らしい(o^^o)
A friend made a reservation at the counter at 18:00 on Saturday. It is full. It was a chair that was easier to sit than it looks. The counter does not feel too narrow, it is a good seat to see the chef's work ♪
The first thing I noticed is the kiln ♪ It is green. Green reminiscent of the mountains of Nagano ♪♪
And an easy-to-read menu with easy-to-understand explanations.
I wrote down everything I ate, but I would like to eat that while watching the menu by all means rather than putting it here in print ♪ I hope you enjoy this too!
It was the first time I felt so tasty that the browned place was delicious ♪ Asparagus with white asparagus I want to eat again ♪ ♪
It was a delicious dish (o ^^ o) ♪
Even though you are full and busy, you are worried about your stomach and asked about the amount of food, and the wife's customer service who answered carefully to repeated questions is wonderful (o ^ ^ o)

The quality of the food, the price, the service such as customer service are all excellent. It is a well-known store. Access is not good, but even if it is subtracted, it is a star 5 without complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりにいきましたが、やはりここは美味しい。駅から離れていてバスに乗り換えて行きますが、わざわざでも行く価値があります。人気店で、予約は必須です。ご夫婦だけで営業されていますので、提供には多少時間がかかります。それでも居心地が良いのは、フロアーを任されている奥様の行き届いたサービスが素晴らしいからです。また、すぐに行きたくなりますからね！お料理も定番なものから、旬のものまで、毎回新しいメニューを見ることが出来ます。料理が美味しくなかったことなど一度もありません。素晴らしいお店です。お勧めします。
I went there after a long time, but it's still delicious here. It's far from the station and you'll change to a bus, but it's well worth the trip. It is a popular shop and reservation is required. Since it is open only for couples, it may take some time to provide it. Still cozy, because the attentive service of the wife who is in charge of the floor is wonderful. Also, I want to go there soon! You can see new menus every time, from standard dishes to seasonal dishes. The food has never been unsatisfactory. It's a great shop. It is recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まではランチに行くことが多かったのですが、久しぶりに3名で夜伺いました。つぶ貝の前菜、ほうれん草とトマト風味のスパゲッティ、エビとホワイトソースのスパゲティ、グラタン、イチゴのデザート、どれもとてもとても美味しくて、楽しい時間を過ごしました。夜伺って、改めておいしいなぁと思いました。やはりいろいろな料理を大勢で少しずつ取り分けて食べられるっていうのはいいですね。大泉界隈でこのクオリティーは嬉しいです(笑)

食事中も話しっぱなしの会でしたが、接客のタイミングも全く気にならず、しっかりとこだわりのお料理を提供して頂けました。
ご夫婦経営で、奥さまのチャーミングな対応はとても好印象でした＾＾
10年ほど前からお店は知っていましたが、予約でいっぱいのイメージだったので、今日来れて念願の夢が叶った気分です。
また直ぐにでも食べに行きたいです＾＾。
