★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年春よりAB型多機能事業所となりました。指導員さん、ご利用者さん皆、親切な人達ばかりです?
A型事業所は一般就労を目指すところなので、厳しいことたくさん言われるかもしれません。ある程度メンタル強くないとやっていけないかなと思います…。
また、B型事業所はA型事業所に比べて雰囲気が緩やかで自分のペースで通所できます。
ですが開所当時より厳しくなった為、利用者の離職率が高い。だから見学＆体験を通して利用するか否かよ〜〜〜く考えてから検討された方がいいかなと思います。

However, the turnover rate of users is high because it has become stricter than when it opened. Therefore, I think it is better to consider whether or not to use it through tours and experiences.
