U	U I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マシンの充実度はまぁまぁ（明大前とか烏山店よりは充実してると思います）ですが、隣駅にある柴崎店の方が広くてマシンの種類も多いです。つつじヶ丘店は毎月10日と20日が休館やったんですけど、今度からは休館日がなくなる（ノースタッフデーになるとのこと）ということで使い勝手がアップしますね。グーグルマップ記載の営業時間はおそらくスタッフの滞在時間のことで、実際には24時間営業で、会員はいつでも使えます。 A-1はどの店舗でも使えるのが本当に便利です。京王線沿線にお店が多いのでこの辺で働いてるとか住んでる人にはおすすめ。あと笹塚の総合ジムも月に4回まで使えるのがすごくいいと思います（と言いながら自分は使ったことがないですけど）プール、ボルダリング、スカッシュなんかがしたい時は笹塚の店舗に行きましょう。インボディの利用には一回330円かかります。 The level of machines is ok (I think it is more fulfilling than the Meidaimae or Karasuyama stores), but the Shibasaki store at the next station is wider and has more types of machines. Also, I think it's great to be able to use Sasazuka's general gym up to 4 times a month (although I have never used it), if you want to do pool, bouldering, squash, etc., go to the Sasazuka store. ..
