グループワークがまともに進行せず、無茶苦茶になりました。
私はこの研修を通して成長できることを期待していました。なぜ、こんなに研修が辛く悲しい思い出にならないといけないのですか？
毎日、その方を見ている支援員ならグループワークに参加できるかどうかくらいわかるでしょう？
