病院で近辺の葬儀屋さんリストを参考に何軒か電話したのですが、ネットでこちらのクチコミにたどり着き、あまりの高評価に半信半疑で電話してみました。２度ほど電話したのですが出られなかったので、大丈夫かな？と不審に思ったときに折り返しの連絡がありました。電話で丁寧な説明をしていただき、私の希望通りだったので即お願いしました。直葬でオプションもほとんど付けなかったのですが、無理強いも一切なく、親切丁寧に説明してくださり、当日の直葬式の進行もすべて滞りなくしていただき、今後必要となる資料や納骨に関することなど教えていただき、本当にこちらのクチコミどおりプロフェッショナルでした。私はクチコミを書く方ではないのですが、葬優社さんに感謝の気持ちを込めて。お心遣いありがとうございました。
