★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 携帯契約したのですが、勝手に切り替えたり新規契約で今まで使っていた携帯の解約も放置で機種売ればいいってもんじゃない。さんざん待たされるし笑顔もなくて質問の答えも的外れだし電気屋で契約はするもんじゃないって思える対応されました。とても不親切でした。
 I signed a mobile phone contract, but I shouldn't just switch to it or sell the model without canceling the mobile phone I was using with a new contract. I had to wait a long time, I didn't have a smile, and the answer to the question was off the mark. It was very unfriendly.
