★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ブルーの外壁が綺麗で印象的。日の出寿司「ありあけ」は、リーズナブルで美味しい。コンビニも店員さんお雰囲気が良かった。コンビニ前のベンチに座れる。国際交流センターがある。１２月はイルミネーションが近くで見られる。商業ビルなので内部別の階は、観光でわざわざ寄るまでもないが、国際交流センターは外国人にとっての情報交換場所になる。ありあけ寿司はオススメ。
The blue outer wall is beautiful and impressive. Hinode sushi "Ariake" is reasonable and delicious. The clerk at the convenience store had a nice atmosphere. You can sit on the bench in front of the convenience store. There is an international exchange center. Illuminations can be seen nearby in December. Since it is a commercial building, it is not necessary to visit the different floors for sightseeing, but the International Exchange Center is a place for foreigners to exchange information. Ariake sushi is recommended.

企業ビルではあるが、１階にコンビニや飲食店。
中階にスポーツジム。
最上階にバーやお洒落なレストラン等、市内の好立地に見合ったテナントも入っている。
が、とにかく企業ビルなので１階より上は明確に用事がないと出入りはしないかな。
