★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大正12年創業の和菓子屋さん。｢ほうらく饅頭｣は､冠婚葬祭や学校の行事などにもよく使われているので､神戸市民なら一度は食べた事があると思います。ｼﾝﾌﾟﾙで小ぶりなお饅頭ですが､皮が柔らかく餡がしっとりしていて美味しいですよ。
A Japanese sweets shop founded in 1918. "Horaku bun" is often used for ceremonial occasions and school events, so I think that Kobe citizens have eaten it once. It's a simple and small bun, but the skin is soft and the bean paste is moist and delicious.
