でも支店止め商品に関しては、連絡が全く無い(-_-;)

しかも３回も！
荷物が盗難にあったらどぉ責任とるつもりなのでしょうかね？
福山通運 所沢支店は最低です

Fukuyama Transporting Tokorozawa branch is the worst

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 荷物を取りに行きました。ただ車は、何処に停めていいのか？事務所は、何処なのか？分かりづらいと思いました。
対応は、良かったです。
I went to pick up my luggage. But where can I park my car? Where is the office? I thought it was hard to understand.
Correspondence was good.

客が引き取りに来ることもそう多くないのかも知れませんが、事務所までの経路表示が曖昧、表示無しでわかり図らいです
廊下ですれ違った事務員さんが丁寧に対応してくれたので良かったが、些細な事でわざわざマイナスポイント稼いでいるのは残念です

It may not be that many customers come to pick up, but the route display to the office is vague, it is difficult to understand without a display
It was nice that the clerk who passed each other in the corridor politely responded, but it is a shame that I am willing to earn negative points for trivial things

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受け取り場所がわからなかったので近くにいたスタッフの方に伺ったところ丁寧に事務所まで案内して頂いて、さらに別のスタッフの方には荷物を車に入れるのを手伝って頂きました。
本当に親切な社員さん達が多い良い会社でした。
ありがとうございました。
ちなみに事務所は門を入って右に進んだすぐ左側にあります
I didn't know where to pick it up, so I asked a staff member who was nearby and kindly guided me to the office, and another staff member helped me put my luggage in the car.
It was a good company with many really kind employees.

By the way, the office is on the left side just after entering the gate and going to the right

気だるそうに面倒そうに対応されました。
良いイメージは全く無いので予想していましたが、予想を上回る態度の悪さです。ホトホト呆れました。
とてもじゃありませんが、客商売をしている対応ではありません。
荷物の送付先がこの会社を指定してきたので仕方なくでした。
This is a review because I called for a pickup request.
It was dealt with annoyingly and troublesomely.
I didn't have a good image at all, so I expected it, but it's a worse attitude than I expected. I was really surprised.
It's not very, but it's not a customer business.
I couldn't help because the destination of the package specified this company.
