ベランダの向かいに隣接する3階建豪邸は両替機のグローリーの社用車がよく停車する。
屋上でパーティーをされると部屋が丸見え状態になるので不快だ。
津田沼方面に向かう道路は登りの坂道であるからして、加速も必要な構造な故に車両のエンジン音が気になる。
殆どの部屋は東を向いていることから、奥行きのないベランダには早朝の直射日光が部屋を照らし、猛烈に暑くなる。 遮光カーテン必須だろう
貯水槽が屋上に設置されている事で夏場の水はかなり温い。
1階のゴミ置き場が建物内で設置され雨にも塗れずに24時間捨てられる設備には感謝
