★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12月12日の16:00頃お店に来店しました。その際におくはらさん？という店員さんにレジをやってもらいましたが、愛想は悪く無表情でハンコを押す際にも物に当たるように大きな音をたてながら乱雑に扱ってました。
とても態度が悪く不愉快です。結構行ってるコンビニなのでとても残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜20:00時過ぎ、仕事帰りによく利用しますが、夜のあるスタッフの接客態度がとにかくひどいです。このご時世、マスクで話している言葉が聞こえづらいのはしょうがないにしても、何しゃべっているのか分からない言葉を使うのはやめてほしいです。態度も体と首を斜めにしながらレジ打ちするとお客さんはどんな風に思うか分からないのかなぁ。昼のスタッフさんや外国の名字のスタッフさんが一生懸命真面目にやっているのに、一人のスタッフが店の印象を悪くしている。
今まで私が常時利用したセブンイレブンの中で、現時点では最低の印象です。
接客する前にそのプリンみたいな色の頭と態度をなんとかようよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021.1.24 12:26 ナナコでコーヒーを買ったが、画面をタッチするのを知らなくてナナコをかざしていたら、店員が、「画面をタッチしてくださいっ！」と言ったのだが、怒っているのか言い方が冷たく感じた。とても子柄で、かわいい女性でしたが、う〜ん、何か気に食わない。あと、出入り口近くに喫煙場所があるので、タバコを吸っている人がいると臭くて入店出来ない。しばらく車で待ちました。ついでにもう一つ。ここの駐車場を使って信号をショートカットする軽自動車のジジイがいたので、駐車場内では気を付けてくざさい。
ちなみに私はもうここのセブンイレブンを使いません。
