★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サイクリストのオアシス的なセブンです。何の変哲もないコンビニですが、霞ヶ浦をサイクリングする際、必ず寄りたくなる絶妙な位置にあります、勿論、サイクルスタンドもあります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自転車で霞ヶ浦湖岸道路一周する人にとっては重要な補給ポイントです。
何しろ、反時計回りのコースだと霞ヶ浦平和記念公園を過ぎたら延々と20km以上にわたってコンビニどころか自販機すら無いという状況です。
そういう立地条件ですからサイクルラックもあり、多くのサイクリストがここに立ち寄り、時計回り、反時計回りの知らない同士が風向き等の情報交換ができる場にもなっています。
セブンイレブンが始まった当初テレビCMのキャッチフレーズが「開いててよかった」というものでしたが、私もここで「開いててよかった」を身をもって実感したことがあります。
もしここが無かったら、ハンガーノックや脱水症状に見舞われることも無きにしもあらずです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サイクリングの休憩で利用、りんりんポートからちょうど一時間位、この辺りはコンビニ少ないので貴重なお店、駐車場入り易くサイクルラックも有ります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土浦から霞ケ浦一周の自転車ツーリングで立ち寄りました。土浦から20キロ程度のところでかつ、サイクリングロードから程近いところにあるので、多くの自転車乗りの方が立ち寄っています。自動車で来る人からすると自転車が多いので止めにくい事などもあるように感じます。
