★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常に接客対応が良い店舗です。横浜に住んで5年前後になります。よくコンビニを利用しますが、会計待ちで並ぶと空きレジをつかってすぐに対応してくれます。店内も改装前・改装後いつでも清潔に保っていて良いです。
他の方が仰っているように灰皿の位置だけ改善してもらえると嬉しいですね。
It's a very good customer service store. I have lived in Yokohama for about 5 years. I often use convenience stores, but if you line up waiting for payment, you can use an empty cash register and immediately respond. You can keep the inside of the store clean before and after the renovation.
I would be happy if you could improve only the position of the ashtray as others are saying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環状2号線の交差点角地にあり、駐車場も広く入りやすい店舗で、毎朝出勤途中に寄ります。
朝のパートさんだけなのかもしれないけれど、フレンドリーを通り越して、ぞんざいな態度が鼻につきます。
客が並んでいても、延々とセブンアプリの説明をしていたり、いなり寿司を立てて袋詰めされて潰れてしまったり、それを別の日に指摘しても「あら、そう」で済まされてしまったり…
職場までのルートにもっと入りやすい店があれば、絶対に行きません。
バイク置き場に吸い殻入れがあって、喫煙所みたいになってるのも最悪です。

Maybe it's just the morning part-time worker, but after passing through the friendliness, I get a sickening attitude.
Even if the customers are lined up, they explain the Seven App endlessly, or they make inari sushi and pack it in a bag and crush it. Inari ...
If there is a store that is easier to enter on the route to work, I will never go.
It's also the worst that there is a cigarette butt in the bike storage and it looks like a smoking area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内が広くて、付随の駐車場も広いセブンイレブンです。
駐車場入り口は環状2号線側では無く、上星川方面に向かう道路側にあります。
なので、駐車場は広いのですが大型車には対応していません。
ここのセブンイレブンは特徴として、店内イートインスペースが充実しています。
ただし、利用時間の制限はあります。
(利用時間は、6時～22時)
また弁当やソフトドリンクはオッケーですが、飲酒は禁止となってます。
店員さんの対応もよく、人数もいるのでレジ待ちのストレスも感じません。
トイレは、女性専用が１ヵ所。兼用が２ヶ所あります。
Seven-Eleven has a large interior and a large parking lot.
The entrance to the parking lot is not on the ring road No. 2 side, but on the side of the road heading towards Kamishoshikawa.
So, although the parking lot is large, it does not support large vehicles.
One of the features of Seven-Eleven here is that the eat-in space inside the store is substantial.
However, there are restrictions on usage time.
(Use time is from 6:00 to 22:00)
Lunches and soft drinks are okay, but drinking is prohibited.
The clerk's response is good and there are a lot of people so I don't feel the stress of waiting for the cashier.
There is only one toilet for women. There are two places that can be combined.
