聞き取りが出来ないことを客のせいにし、急に態度が豹変。値段の読み上げ・合計金額の読み上げを怠り、お釣りも適当に渡してきた。
出来ないものは仕方がないが、それを直す気がなく怒りに変えるのは検討違い。
キチンとした従業員への教育を望む。
