利用していました。
10月4日いつもと同じようにカフェラテを購入し
装置にセットしましたが、ボタンを押すとピーと音が鳴ってしまい、、。
男性店員に「今カフェラテ使えないのでしばらくお待ちください」と言われそのままの状態で待っていました。
ミルクが入ってなかったみたいでミルクを装置に入れてくれたのですが、私がカップをそのまま
セットしていたため、管に入っていた残りのミルクがカップに出てきてしまったようです。
眼鏡の女性（この時間帯レジではない方）がいらして、「これ（装置）開いてなかったですか？カップずっと置いたままにされてました？」などいろいろ一方的に言われ、こちらに非があるようなそんな感覚になりました。
装置が使えないのであればその間は紙を貼っておくなり、装置の蓋をしっかりと開けておくなりして示してくれないとこちらは分かりません。。
そのように示してくれていれば、カフェラテを
セットしてボタンを押したりなんてしなかったです。
私も接客業しておりますが、私がもし店員だったら、お待たせしている時点で申し訳ないという
気持ちになるのでこのような対応はできないです。朝からモヤモヤ嫌な気持ちになっていたので書かせていただきました。

I didn't set it and press the button.
I am also in the customer service business, but if I were a clerk, I would be sorry at the time of waiting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅から比較的に近いので、お世話になっていて利用する頻度も高いのですが、日中と夜間の店員さんの接客対応の差に以前はがっかりでした。
今は、気になる店員さんも幾分マシになりました。お客は神様ではありませんが、店員だって神じゃないですよね。態度は改めてほしいなぁと思っていたのでありがたい限りです。お陰様で気持ちよく利用しています。(たまに気になりますが)
店内商品の位置替えをしていて、前より見やすくなりました。
It's relatively close to my home, so I'm indebted to it and use it often, but I was disappointed in the difference in customer service between daytime and nighttime clerk.
Now, the clerk who cares is a little better. The customer is not a god, but the clerk is not a god either. I'm grateful that I wanted my attitude to change. Thanks to you, I am using it comfortably. (Sometimes I'm curious)
