但し14号方面から伸びる渋滞の為、左側車線が混雑してしまう事があり、入りづらい時間帯がある。
・産業道路側からの進入は容易、左折車線から入る形となる。
・14号方面からの進入は厳しくお勧め出来ない。片側二車線道路を横切る形になるからです。
・京葉道路側への進出は厳しくお勧め出来ない。
特に朝方の混雑時には安全に出られるタイミングが皆無とも言える。
どうしても出たい場合は14号方面に出た後すぐ左折し、てらおの西側の道を使って入る事をお勧めします。(渋滞の途中に入るのはやはり厳しい時が多い為)
・14号方面への進出は容易です。
・産業道路方面への進出は空いている時間帯を除き、14号方面に出た後、裏道を通って戻る方が容易です。

なお、外国人と思われる複数の店員さんが大声で話をしているのが気になりました。外国語の会話なので、仕事上の指導なのか私語なのかは区別できませんでしたが、スムージー（つまり食料品）を扱っているときは、配慮が必要かと思います。
