★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜23時50分頃買い物に訪れた時たまたま雑誌が入って来たので、定員にたった今入った雑誌が欲しいと言ったが、もったいぶって売ってくれなかった。
そもそも定員と客の立ち位置を勘違いしてる模様、夜勤の男性定員はほぼタメ口で対応、２度と行きたくない店だった。

真ん中のレジに居た60代くらいの眼鏡をかけた女性店員に、メルカリの梱包方法に関して「このやり方は違う。みなさんこのサイズで待ってきますけど本当はダメですから、折らせていただきますね」と私の承諾無しに勝手に商品を折り曲げられ、「はい？」と問いかけたところ、「はい？じゃないでしょう？なに？」と説教され、とても不快な思いをし「その態度は何ですか？お客様に対する態度がそれですか？」と言ったところ、謝罪の言葉もなく、非常に気分が悪いのでこちらの店舗でのメルカリの発送をお断りさせていただきました。
発送のレシートを発行した後だったため、その後は大切な商品を発送できなかなってしまい、大変な思いをしました。どう責任を取っていただけるのでしょうか？
店長、オーナー様はアルバイトの教育はきちんとされているのでしょうか？直接謝罪していただけますか？どう責任を取ったいただけるでしょうか？
