ホテルや車ディーラー店舗やその他の飲食店が近く、さらに大通りに近いことはプラスかもしれないが、店舗自体に駐車場や駐輪場が無いのでむしろマイナスかも

路駐でなんとかなっているようですが、両側に停められると困ります迷惑になります。
