★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 午前中に来店。 公共料金数万円分の支払いを男性の店員さんにお願いしたのですが、彼は受け取ったお金を全く数えて確認せず、とても不安でした。退店時の「ありがとうございました」の挨拶もなかった。過去に客商売の仕事をしていた私としては、正直あり得ない接客対応でした。改善をした方がよろしいと思います。
Visited in the morning. I asked a male clerk to pay tens of thousands of yen for utility bills, but he was very anxious because he did not count and confirm the money he received. There was no "Thank you" greeting when leaving the store. For me, who had worked in the customer business in the past, honestly, it was an impossible customer service. I think you should improve it.

品揃えも悪くないものの、朝や昼などは近場の車系販売店や工場、会社やスポーツセンターに来ている学生が多く来店するのでお弁当などは枯渇する事もあり。
The inside of the store is large and relatively clean, and there are no major problems with the staff.
Although the product lineup is not bad, many students come to nearby car dealers, factories, companies and sports centers in the morning and noon, so lunch boxes may be exhausted.

例)客商品をレジに持っていく
→店員「・・・はい」
→レジ打ち開始
最初は、はい って？？？って思ったけど、あまりにも毎回なので、そういう方針なのかなーと…
笑顔などはもちろん無いです。無表情。
申し訳ないですが、どうして接客業を選んだのかなぁ？というレベル。
箸は付けてもらえますが、スイーツを買った時のスプーン、紙パック飲料を買った時のストローの付け忘れは、非常に多いです。
家で食べるとは限らないんですが…
「そういうお店」と思えば良いのでしょうが、同じ金額で商売しているチェーンなら、どうせなら心地よいお店になれば良いのになーと思います。
