その場で文句を言いそうになりました。お仕事してるからと言いたい気持ちを押さえましたが。気をつけさせた方がいいですよ！

レジで申告して貰うシステムです・・・特にそういった案内もありませんし、正直言ってめんどくさいです。
オールセルフだから気軽に買えるのに・・・分かってません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方も報告されている通り、コーヒーを買っても他のセブンイレブンのようにミルク等が設置されていません。
特に案内もないので、気の弱い人は黙ってブラックコーヒーで飲んでる人も多いかと。
レジに言えばミルク砂糖もくれますが・・・ミルク2つ下さい、とは言い難い雰囲気です。
こんな気遣いをしなければならないのが煩わしいので、少し先の他店に行ってます。

間違えなく、普通のお札を入れたのに、少しでも折り目のある札でも受け付けないのなら、通常レジを用意するべき。

棚には値札が付いてなくてただ商品が乱雑においてあるだけだから値段がわからないものが多い。
冷凍食品コーナーで特にひどいのが、古い値札がそのままになってるので、会計時に値段が高い！なんてことがよくある。(セブンの商品は小さくなって高くなって新登場！だから)
トイレの張り紙(よくある注意書き)は高圧的な文章で気分が悪い。
本部のコールセンターに何度かクレームを言ったけど全く改善される様子がない。
こんなひどいコンビニはなかなか無いと思う。
早くつぶれてほしい。
