田	田中綾 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前に見た限定品を買いに行こうとしましたが、もう店頭に無く、完売したかなと思いながら念のためスタッフに聞いたところ、「もう完売しちゃいました〜凄い可愛かったですよぉ」と言いながらどっかに去って行きました。唖然としました。それ言う必要ある？頭の悪いスタッフだなぁと思いました。 I tried to go buy the limited edition I saw before, but it wasn't in the store anymore, so I asked the staff just in case, thinking that it was sold out. I left somewhere while saying. I was stunned. Need to say that? I thought it was a clumsy staff.
h	hyunmin shim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フルーツギャザリング自体が、便利なショップであることは間違いない。ただ、、他の店舗も何度か利用したことがあるが、この店舗の接客に関しては少し？？なところがあった。こちらが品番を言って、それを店員さんが在庫を調べて持ってきてくれる、までは普通だった。でもその後こちらが「これでお願いします」と言ったら、店員さんは「はい」と返事だけしてささっとレジカウンターへ入っちゃった。そしてこちらに全く視線をくれずに忙しそうに商品を渡す準備をしている感じ。こちらに対して一言も案内がなかったので、私も彼女が立っているカウンターへ自然と向かったが、そこで突然「お客さん、後ろに並んで待っていただけますか」と厳しめの口調で言われ、、。(後ろを見たらレジを並んでる人が3人ほどいた) いやいや、、、！「あちらからお並びください、順番になったらご案内します」が言えないのかな？接客の基本中の基本だと思うが、、。まるでこちらが順番を無視してる人みたいな言い方をされてすごく不愉快だったな、、。 There is no doubt that fruit gathering itself is a convenient shop. However, I have used other stores several times, but what about the customer service at this store? ?? There was something wrong. It was normal until this said the product number and the clerk checked the inventory and brought it to me. But after that, when I said "Please do this", the clerk just answered "Yes" and quickly entered the counter. And I feel like I'm busy preparing to hand over the product without looking at me at all. I didn't get any guidance for this, so I naturally headed to the counter where she was standing, but suddenly there was a harsh tone, "Customers, can you wait in line behind me?" I was told ... (When I looked behind, there were about 3 people lined up at the cash register.) No, no! Can't you say "Please line up from there, I'll show you when it's your turn"? I think it's one of the basics of customer service, but ... It was very unpleasant to say that this was like a person ignoring the order.
