利用するのではなく、この会社に一任して十分だと思います。
営業担当のHさんは夜遅くであっても迅速な連絡対応をする、
物件の下見（内覧）時にはデジタルメジャーを持参していて、
台所等の寸法もすぐ計測してくれる優れた営業でした。
また営業的な謳い文句や上辺だけのきれいごとではなく、
入居する際の実態を説明して頂いたり、参考になりました。
扱えない物件も有る様ですので、そこは残念な要素ですが、
気になる物件が有ったら、まずはこの会社に相談する事が
良いと思いました。（令和3年10月物件探しで利用）
