GW後は割安になるとのことで、4月上旬に電話予約をしたら、「今年は天候不順で苺の出来が悪く、十分にいちご狩りできないかもしれません」とのこと。それでもいいですと予約したが、1週間前に改めてお店側から電話が。「多くの苺が腐ってしまったため、今シーズンのいちご狩りは終了となりました。」とのこと。確かに天候不順が続いており仕方ないと思っていたところ、スタッフの方が続けて「あなた方は早めに予約していただいたので、皆さんでいちご狩りできる程度に準備させていただきます。価格も抑えさせていただきますが、いかがでしょうか」とありがたい配慮。これで断るわけにはいくまいと、予定通りイベントを挙行。
当日も雨模様で、残念ながら確かに多くの苺が傷んでいましたが、子供たちは十分に満足するほどいちご狩りを満喫していました。お店の配慮に感謝です。ありがとうございました。
 2018.5.13 First visit to strawberry picking with 30 children.
When I made a phone appointment in early April, I said that it will be cheaper after GW, "This year it is bad weather due to bad weather and may not be able to hunt strawberries enough." I reserved that it is still good, but a phone call from the store again a week ago. "Many strawberries have gone bad, so the strawberry hunting for this season has ended." Although it was indeed unreasonable weather continued, the staff continued and said, "Because you had made a reservation earlier, we will prepare for everyone to hunt strawberries. I will keep it down, but how about you? " Whether it is not decided by this, the event is performed as planned.
It was raining on the day, unfortunately many strawberries were certainly damaged, but the children were enjoying strawberry hunting enough to be fully satisfied. I appreciate the consideration of the store. Thank you very much.
