★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 案内表には2号休憩棟と表記、これが(ほほじろ台展望台)にあたります。
(ほほじろ台)は鳥居から1729㍍、1号休憩棟(鴬の谷入口)から657㍍進んだ地点で3合目付近に相当でしょうか。
1合目付近の最初の休憩所(鴬の谷入口)を過ぎる辺りから自然歩道は山裾を大きく九十九折りにやや勾配が急になる山道に変わります。
額と背中が汗ばんできます。
下りの方と(こんにちはー)と交わしながら(ほほじろ台)に到着です。
二名の男性が休んでいます。
一人は(お先です！)と下って行き、もう一人は上がって行かれました。
(ほほじろ台休憩所)は本道から二方面への分岐点です。
一方は小西谷(こざい)方面へ下る道とここから尾根沿いに進んで大宮池へ下り、本道と再び合流する道との分岐点です。
休憩所にはここにもノートと筆記用具、傘、杖が置いてありました。
 On the information table, it is written as No. 2 Rest Building, which corresponds to (Hohojirodai Observatory).
(Hohojirodai) is 1729 ㍍ from the torii gate and 657 ㍍ from the No. 1 rest building (Tsumugi no Tani entrance), which is equivalent to the 3rd station.
After passing the first resting place (Tsumugi Valley entrance) near the 1st station, the nature trail turns into a mountain road with a large mountain hem and a slightly steep slope at 99 folds.

Two men are resting.
One went down (first!) And the other went up.
(Hohojirodai Rest Area) is a branch point from the main road to two directions.
One is the junction of the road that goes down toward Kozai and the road that goes along the ridge from here to Omiya Pond and rejoins the main road.
There were also notebooks, writing utensils, umbrellas, and wands in the rest area.
