★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水栓が低いため洗濯機と干渉してしまい、きれいに収まりませんでした。自分で何とかしようと思ったものの素人の水回り作業はリスクが高いため、ネットで検索してレオンメンテナンスさんに辿り着きました。事前にメールで写真を送り相談したところ、とても親切に教えて頂きました。そこで早速作業をお願いしたところ、当日中に駆けつけて頂き、結果的に部品交換等もなく蛇口の向きを変えることでうまく収まりました。結果、出費もかなり抑えることができて、本当に助かりました。対応も作業も丁寧で、お願いして本当に良かったです。

自分でお湯や洗剤を流したりラバーカップを使ったりしましたが改善出来ませんでした。
ネットで尼崎市に来てくれる業者を検索すると何十社と出てきてどこにお願いするか凄く悩みましたがホームページの内容がわかりやすかったレオンメンテナンスさんに電話をしました。
電話の対応も丁寧で、状況を説明すると電話でお値段も伝えてくれました。
他社と比べても納得の値段だったのでお願いしました。
すぐに来てくれ修理はあっという間に終わりました。
話し方も優しく質問にも丁寧に答えてくれてラバーカップの使い方も教えてくれました。

先日レオンさんにキッチンの蛇口の交換をお願いしました。
相変わらず丁寧な作業で入居者とも気さくに話してくださり本当にいい人だなと思いました。
作業後にいつも通り雑談と請求の話をしていたのですがそこでレオンさんから「最近グーグルマップのクチコミを同業者にいたずらされてて...よかったら常連の目線からクチコミを書いてほしい」と言われたので今回クチコミを書かせていただきます。
ちなみにですがレオンさんが言っていた同業者からのイタズラの内容も読みました。
それから考えると私が書いているこのクチコミも自作自演やサクラ・スパムとまた言われるんでしょうね（笑）
何度も依頼している私から言えることはただ一つです。
レオンさんを誹謗中傷している方々が言っていることは嘘です。
友人にレオンさんを紹介したときも「いい業者さんだった、電話で料金のことも教えてくれた」と言っていました。
また友人はレオンさんにお願いされたのでクチコミを書いたとも言っていました。
あと私は基本クチコミを書くことはしません。
ただ今回はいつもお世話になっているレオンさんの頼みなので書いているだけです。
レオンさんは真面目に営業していただけなのに攻撃されていることが許せなくて...レオンさんが何をしたというのでしょうか...
「請求内容を貼り付けたい、なぜクチコミに貼り付けないのか」みたいなことを書いている方がいましたね。

本当にレオンさんにぼったくられたのであれば貼り付けたらどうですか？
ただその請求書が本物であればですけどね。
ぼったくられた経験がある方は悪徳業者の値段を知っているでしょうからレオンさんの提示する金額を聞くとびっくりすると思います。

他の方が書いたクチコミの中に自作自演だとかステマだとか書いてあったので大丈夫かな？と思ったのですが近所ということもあり頼んでみて変な人が来たら断ろうと思いました。
でも来られた方はなんてことない普通の人でした。
作業も私の話を聞いて、「じゃあこれで直せると思いますよ」「作業費は○○円です」と言って筒状の道具ですぐに修理してくれました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トイレがつまって困っていました。家の外にあるマンホールの周りに濡れた紙が散らかっていたので、何かおかしいと思いマンホールを開けてみると汚水が溢れていました。こちらに電話する前に複数の業者に状況を説明して料金はいくらするのか尋ねましたが、どこも「見てみないとわからない。見積もりはタダだからとりあえず作業員を向かわせる。」と言われた。作業員が来たら断りずらいから絶対に嫌だと思ってダメ元でこちらに電話して料金について聞くとあっさりと教えてくれました。その後電話で話していた方が来て下さり、見積もりしてくれましたが電話で聞いていた料金と一緒でした。作業はてきぱきとしてくださり、思っているよりも早く終わらせてくれました。とても感謝です。喋り方は丁寧で威圧感はありませんでしたので相談しやすく色々と聞けました。何かあったらまた依頼します！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急にトイレの水が流れなくなったので修理の依頼をしました。詳しく症状を伝えると「やってみないとわかりませんけど経験からこれくらいかかると思います」と料金を教えてもらえました。初めは高いなと思って検討しますと言ってその場は電話を切りました。でも色んなところに電話しても「見てみないとわからない」と料金についてはっきりと教えてもらえませんでした。それが怖くて再度レオンメンテナンスさんに電話して修理してもらいました。現場を確認すると「電話で伝えた料金でいけると思います」「想定外の事があったら説明します」と言って作業をしてくれました。結果屋外の桝と言うところにトイレットペーパーや便が詰まっていたようで2時間くらいかけて高圧洗浄機を使って直してくれました。初めは高いと思っていた料金ですが、こんなに時間をかけて高圧洗浄してくれたらむしろ安いと思いました。また何かありましたらお願いします！
