人間関係の相談に行ったカウンセリングをきっかけに、今は心理学の個人レッスンに通っています。私自身、HSP気質がありますが、レッスンでは人間関係がびっくりするくらいラクになりました。目から鱗なことがたくさんで、レッスンは色々な内容でやられているので、これからも通おうと思います。
