★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗は明るかったがスタッフの対応も明るさもいまいちだった。車の修理で待っている間もテレビはあったものの、ほったらかしにされたし。ましてや初来店のお客に対してそれはどうかと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネッツトヨタからお世話になっていたお店です。ネッツの時はタイヤの組み換えが持ち込み8000円程度でしたが、長野トヨタになりタイヤの組み換え持ち込み2万円強かかるようになりました。利用している側としてはただ値上げになり非常に不信感です。他の工賃なども変わっている可能性があるので利用する時は注意してください。

今月より、外装と看板は長野トヨタへ変更されておりました。

長野トヨタに統合されてから、店舗としてのサービスの質が低下しました。残念です。
長野トヨタへ変わったにも関わらず、外装、看板等はネッツトヨタの表記のまま。旧グループ内他店舗名の入ったジャンパーを羽織っている従業員さんがいたりと、店舗としての統一感が感じられません。
その割に、サービスメニュー等はきっちりと変更されており、以前は当たり前だったサービスが告知もなく料金、内容等が改定されており、戸惑いました。
また、以前から感じておりましたが、古くから在籍する男性従業員は高圧的な印象で誠実さを感じられません。もちろん、とても好感の持てる従業員さんもいらっしゃいます。どの従業員さんの対応を受けても、気持ちよく訪店できるような店舗にしてもらいたいです。
総合的に、近隣にあるNTPさんとのやる気の違いが、負の印象で強く感じられました。

Despite the change to Nagano Toyota, the exterior, signboards, etc. remain as Netz Toyota. There are employees wearing jumpers with the names of other stores in the old group, so I can't feel the sense of unity as a store.
In spite of that, the service menu etc. have been changed exactly, and the service that was commonplace before was revised without notice, and I was confused.
Also, as I have always felt, male employees who have been enrolled for a long time have a high-pressure impression and cannot feel sincerity. Of course, there are some employees who are very fond of it. I want the store to be comfortable to visit regardless of the response of any employee.
Overall, the difference in motivation with the neighboring NTP was strongly felt with a negative impression.
