h	hiro3s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで車を購入した者です。購入しましたのは2021年3月です。お店は島忠ホームズの5階、つまり屋上です。このご時世、外でゆったり見られるのはとてもありがたかったです。店員さんですが、たまたま担当してくださったのが店長さんで、本当に丁寧で分かりやすく親切でした。車についての知識もかなりあり「正直どうなんですか、この機能…」のように話しても忖度抜きでしっかり教えてくださいます。契約が決まってからは書類は郵送、連絡はLINEか電話です。LINEではどんな些細な事でも丁寧に分かりやすく答えてくださいます。時間がある時の確認と仰られていたので、すぐの返事や既読はめったにありませんが、それでもそこそこ頻度で確認してくださっています。納車の際、びっくりするほど綺麗に清掃してくださっていました。他の方の口コミに汚れなど書かれていますが、中古車ですよ？あって当然です。見落としはご自身のせいかと。傷や汚れは聞いたら全部教えてくださいましたし。そういうことを理解した上で皆さんは中古車購入をしているにも関わらず、出来る限りのご厚意でピカピカにしてくださっているのですから本当に感謝しかありません。そんなに汚れが気になる方なら新車を購入されたら良いと思いますが、自分は今回購入させて頂いた車で十二分に満足しています。展示していた車をそこそこ確認しましたが、どこの展示場でもあるレベルの汚れや傷ぐらいでしたのでその辺りは気にしなくて良いと思います。店長さん、最初から最後まで本当にご丁寧な対応をしてくださいましてありがとうございました。感謝しております。 The person who bought the car here.
